Well, there is not a whole lot going on in my world. I have had a lot of stress at work dealing with some issues and some people who are set in their ways and refuse to update their teaching practices. As a teacher you are never DONE with school. You must always be learning and continuing to evaluate your teaching practices for the good of your students. But beyond that, there are always new laws and new rules that are popping up as a result of NCLB. So, when new laws come to pass and there are things you HAVE to do, then you HAVE to do them. SOOOO shut up, quit whining, and DO IT!
Enough about that. I went to the doctor on Tuesday cause I was so sick I couldn't talk. Only to find out that I was paying for insurance and had never actually been enrolled. FUN! So, that was quite an ordeal trying to get a prescription filled.
We are going to the WVU game on Saturday with Nicky and Charlie... I am excited. We may go to the fright farm afterwards - depends on the weather.
I really wish I had something to entertain you with, Christy, but my life has been pretty mundane and boring... And the exciting stuff I've already told you about... But at least you might have something to read for a few minutes :) I'll try to get better at keeping stuff in so I can blog about it!
