Veteran's Day

Today is Veteran's Day and I am off. Thank goodness! I needed the day off. I've been so frustrated with some work related things that I've decided that I am no longer going to play by the rules either. If the "Fearless Leader" plays favorites and one or two teachers don't have to follow the same rules, then I'm not either. I'm so tired of working in an environment that is run by women, emotions, and unfairness. I love teaching and I love most of the people I work with, but I get so sick of having a woman in charge who doesn't know how to be a leader. Not that I think a MAN has to be in charge all of time, but at least they don't play these bullsh*t games, play favorites, and change the rules. Women just need to stop worrying about hurting other people's feelings. Not everyone can be happy all the time, but people will respect you more if things are fair. Even if they are pissed off.

But anyway, last night Seth was like, "why don't you blog?! When you blogged you were less mean to me." LOL.. I'm sorry for being mean to him, but sometimes you have to get things out and the ones you love are the ones who are there. I wasn't trying to be mean to him, I was just being a total smarta**! hahaha..

I'm really glad Christy and Kevin will be coming home in a couple of weeks! I've missed them and I've missed Gavin :) So, it will be good to get to spend a week with them instead of a couple of days.

HAPPY VETERAN'S DAY! Thanks to all the men and women who have served in the military and continue to serve - stateside and overseas. We all appreciate your sacrifices to protect our country and freedoms. We SALUTE you!
